Description
- Design and develop accurate 3D Building Information Models (BIM).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Conduct model reviews and provide feedback for improvements.
- Utilize software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Assist in project planning and coordination activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in BIM modeling.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Revit and BIM software, strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of electrical systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Create and maintain BIM models, collaborate with project teams, ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, potential for site visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, team player, problem-solver, and adaptable to changing project needs.
