  • Oversee daily operations of the branch
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff
  • Manage customer relationships and address inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
  • Develop and implement business strategies to meet targets
  • Monitor financial performance and reports
  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With significant and extensive experience in bank operations and marketing.
  • A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience as Branch Operations Officer in the banking industry.
  • Can develop and achieve business targets consistently.
  • Able to source new business opportunities.
  • With excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
