Description

  • Oversee efficiency of operational processes  
  • Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including but not limited to customer support and operations  
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives  
  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements  
  • Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way  
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices  
  • Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals  
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress  
  • Analyze business requirements and customer needs  
  • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics  
  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations  
  • Prepare reports that include sales data, financial activity, performance outcomes, goal achievement and overall productivity to present to executive management  
  • Consult with other departmental managers to determine sales, discounts or promotions and verify that all clinic staff are familiar with the details of what is being offered  
  • Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability  
  • Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs  
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs  
  • Monitor and report on department performance  
  • Provide administrative support (e.g. updating inventory)  
  • Analyze and consult logistics processes for deliveries to determine and verify delivery schedules and maximize the amount of product that gets to each customer along the route  
  • Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation  
  • Oversee general administrative work including planning meetings, making phone calls and distributing scheduling and job assignments  
  • Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction  
  • Find ways to increase quality of customer service  
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors/ patients  
  • Collaborate with sales professionals to understand customer needs and specific requirements, customize delivery needs and provide clinic staff with tools like pricing sheets and product information and specs 
  • Communicate with customers to get feedback that can be used in improving processes and customer service  
  • Assist in solving problems and providing consulting assistance to create brand loyalty and lasting relationships  
  • Train and supervise staff from operations departments and provide constructive feedback  
  • Participate in training and evaluating members of the team and providing helpful feedback concerning the achievement of personal and team goals  
  • Familiarize all the functions of operations team to be able to relieve when needed  
  • Monitor and manage the Operations Department and resolve concerns within its jurisdiction  

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Must have at least 2-3 years experience in Supervisory level
  • Knowledgeable in organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience in aesthetic clinic is an advantage
  • Has strong drive to meet sales target
  • Willing to undergo training here at head office Q.C at least 1 month with free staff house during days
  • Can start ASAP
  • Willing to be assigned in (GREENHILLS SAN JUAN)
