- 新規顧客の開拓および既存顧客のフォローアップ
- 顧客ニーズの把握と最適なサービス提案
- 業界動向の分析と市場調査
- チームとの連携によるプロジェクト推進
- 売上目標の達成に向けた戦略立案と実行
- 勤務時間：9:00-18:00
- 休日：土日祝
- 待遇・福利厚生：年次有給休暇14日（入社6ヶ月後に付与）
- 契約期間：定め無し

Requirements
- 職種: 営業担当者
- 学歴: 大卒以上
- 経験: ３年以上５年未満の経験
- スキル: 販売管理、交渉人、セールスサポート、人間関係の構築、コミュニケーション、販売力、顧客関係管理、分析スキル
- 責務: 顧客との関係構築、販売戦略の策定、売上目標の達成
- 職場環境: オフィス勤務、定期的な外出
- 特性: 自発性、コミュニケーション能力、問題解決能力
- 宅建士大歓迎
