About the Role

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion, connecting with potential clients, showcasing our value, and closing deals. You don’t need prior software sales experience (though it’s a plus), but you must be intelligent, driven, and great with people. If you have an existing network in real estate or property development, that’s another advantage.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, contact, and pitch Inventi’s SaaS solutions to potential clients
• Manage and own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
• Develop relationships with property developers, owners, and managers
• Provide demos and explain how Inventi can solve real business problems
• Collaborate with the product and support teams to deliver the best client experience
• Represent Inventi at meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick-thinking and sharp; able to grasp technical solutions and market fit
• High energy, self-starter mindset, and goal-oriented attitude
• Professional yet approachable demeanor
• Prior software sales experience is a plus, especially in SaaS or real estate
• Bonus: Existing network in the real estate or property management space
