We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and business development, with a keen ability to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and drive growth—especially in the healthcare sector. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong CRM tool proficiency, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilties:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets
• Generate and qualify leads to build a strong pipeline of potential clients, with a primary focus on the healthcare industry
• Create and maintain a proprietary database to support strategic outreach by the Business Development team
• Craft and deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic Sales and Business Development plans
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals and delivery of solutions
• Track and analyze key business development metrics such as conversion rate, penetration rate, and outreach effectiveness
• Schedule meetings and set appointments with key decision-makers and potential clients

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Business Development
• Strong background in sales, business development, and client engagement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and HubSpot
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote and flexible environment
