  • Skilled in cutting, trimming, and preparing meats for sale.
  • Knowledge of meat preservation techniques and safety standards.
  • Ability to operate various butchering tools and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Education: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • Skills: Basic knife skills, attention to detail, and mathematical aptitude for measurements.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, exposure to cold temperatures and various equipment.
  • Qualities: Strong work ethic, dependability, and good communication skills.
