Description

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or conduct surveys (if applicable).
Identify customer needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve customer service.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Proven customer support or call center experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using computers and CRM systems.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging situations.
Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
Fluency in English
