Description
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
- Meet performance targets and follow company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with a regular shift schedule, occasional overtime might be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude are essential to excel in this role.
