# Job Responsibilities

1. Product Planning and Design

  - Plan and design user product requirements, complete product prototype design and requirement documentation.

2. Cross-Department Coordination

  - Organize requirement reviews, collaborate with design, development, testing, and other departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of product requirements among collaborating departments.

3. Product Progress and Quality Management

  - Responsible for product progress and quality.

4. Market and User Research

  - Conduct regular competitive product analysis and user requirement research, continuously optimize products by collecting user feedback, analyzing user behavior and data to enhance user experience.

5. Operational Support

  - Collaborate with the operations department to provide operational and user support, enhancing overall user satisfaction with the product.

6. Team Management

  - Daily team management, training, and leading the team to achieve product goals.

# Job Requirements

1. Work Experience

  - Over 3 years of experience in internet product management or over 1 year in blockchain product management.

2. Product Design Skills

  - Extensive experience in interactive design for internet products, strong grasp of user experience, excellent communication skills, ability to design prototypes, and proficiency in product documentation.

3. Cryptocurrency Experience

  - Must have extensive experience in cryptocurrency trading; additional points for knowledge of futures, contracts, and leverage.

4. Execution and Communication Skills

  - Strong execution capability, learning ability, and proficiency in communication and resource coordination.

5. Market Insight and Innovation

  - Possess market foresight and sensitivity, able to seize market opportunities, and demonstrate innovation capabilities.

6. Experience in Blockchain and Financial Fields

  - Familiarity with the blockchain industry, preference will be given to those with experience in financial derivatives development.

# Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in blockchain product management, particularly in cryptocurrency trading.

- Proficient in English and Japanese, capable of international product coordination.

- Experience in data analysis and user behavior research.
