1. Execute daily operational strategies for game products, including event design, version scheduling, and data tracking;

2. Coordinate resources from customer service, technology, marketing, and other departments to ensure product operation stability and user experience;

3. Monitor operational metrics (such as active users, retention, and recharge) and propose optimization suggestions and plans;

4. Plan in-game paid events to drive revenue growth and enhance user spending depth;

5. Write operational data analysis and review reports to continuously optimize operational plans.

1. Over 5 years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with more than 2 years in game product operations;

2. Familiarity with mobile game or web-based game product operation strategies;

3. Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL, with a strong sensitivity to data;

4. Possess good copywriting skills and an awareness of user communication;

5. Experience in overseas projects is a plus.

(Preferred Qualifications)

1. Familiarity with RFM models and A/B testing;

2. Experience in community or KOL operations is preferred.
