Description

  • Provide first aid and medical assistance to employees.
  • Manage workplace health programs and initiatives.
  • Provide first aid, administer medications, and promote employee health and wellness.
  • Conduct health assessments and screenings.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
  • Collaborate with HR on health-related policies and procedures.
  • Educate employees on health and wellness topics.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
  • WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED IN JOBSITE (PASIG/MARIKINA PROJECT)

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, patient assessment, and emergency response skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional physical demands; may involve late hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, detail-oriented, and strong advocate for employee health.
