- Design and implement competitive compensation structures
- Conduct market research to benchmark salary and benefits
- Oversee employee benefits administration and communications
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and policies
- Collaborate with HR to align compensation strategies with organizational goals
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in HRIS software, excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Design and manage compensation structures, conduct salary surveys, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours; some remote work may be available.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information confidentially.
