• What to Bring: Updated resume + Two (2) valid IDs

• Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat for travel bookings, flight changes, and itinerary management
• Use GDS platforms like Amadeus or Sabre to assist with flight reservations, cancellations, and ticketing
• Deliver accurate information on fares, rules, and travel regulations to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Resolve client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance metrics and maintain service excellence
• Stay updated with airline policies, promotions, and system updates to better assist travelers

• At least 1 year of experience using GDS systems (Amadeus or Sabre preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset and passion for customer service
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
