- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service abilities, and call center skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with a team-oriented atmosphere.
