  • Respond to Patient Queries in a Timely and Accurate way via Phone, Email or Chat
  • Identify Patients needs and Help Customers list specific features
  • Monitor Patient complaints on Social Media and reach out to Provide
  • Book Appointment

  • Assist HMO Patients in Approval and Booking

Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-years course
  • Preferably at Calamba or near the area
  • Preferably with similar work experience
  • Can work shifting schedule
