Description

  • The Healthcare Account Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing front-line support to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers.
  • This role involves addressing inquiries related to billing, account status, insurance claims, and general healthcare services.
  • The representative ensures timely and accurate responses while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
