Description

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding product information, orders, billing, and general inquiries.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, finding solutions to resolve issues.
  • Provide detailed product information and explain features and benefits to customers.
  • Manage customer accounts and update relevant information in CRM systems.


Sales Generation:

  • Actively identify potential sales opportunities by engaging customers in conversations and understanding their needs.
  • Cross-sell and upsell products or services based on customer requirements.
  • Generate leads through outbound calls and email campaigns.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales team members when necessary.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree required
