- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with product and service information.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
- Provide feedback to improve processes and services.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or current students are welcome to apply.
