  • Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain records, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment; may require evening and weekend availability.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual.
