- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate product information and support.
- Resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Document interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
Requirements
- Account: Advertising Search Engines
- With at least 1yr Japanese work-related experience
- Japanese- native speaker or, N1/N2 proficiency (open to both native and non-native speakers).
