Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in CRM software.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and a team player.
