Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical CS&L (Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty) Data Analyst to support our Demand Planning team. In this role, you will help drive consumer insight reporting and analytics by managing and automating key reports using Excel, SAP, and Power BI. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and is adaptable to evolving business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Run and update regular Excel and SAP reports to support planning and insights.
• Develop and automate Power BI dashboards and reporting tools based on SAP/Excel data.
• Maintain accurate and timely report creation and updates.
• Adjust reporting tools and outputs as needed based on business priorities.
• Work closely with internal teams to align on data needs and ensure reporting clarity and usability.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Power BI development.
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and data management.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Work Schedule: M-F, Dayshift

Work Setup: On-site – Sucat, Parañaque

Contract Duration: Minimum 1 year
