POSITION TITLE: Finance Process & Ops Senior Analyst

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead financial forecasting processes for operational and program activities.
  • Analyze financial performance, variances, and key drivers to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop financial models to assess risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with internal controls and Accenture policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive process improvements that promote cost efficiencies and implement best practices in financial management.

    SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 3 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Open to individual contributors
  • Open to college undergraduates with relevant work experience
