Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Digital Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in building relationships, managing client accounts, and driving business growth. As a Digital Account Executive, you will support senior account managers, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth through effective account management and sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships.
• Assist in developing and executing account management strategies to meet client needs.
• Monitor and analyze account performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support sales efforts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in account management, public relation or advertising.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in Advertising or Marketing industry is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Can start ASAP.
