Description
- Conduct orientation briefing to trainees as per your assigned category.
- Collate and review all documents submitted by the trainees.
- Prepare trainees’ documents submitted by the trainees;
- Check appropriateness and accuracy of the documents for Certificate of Eligibility (COE) application.
- Responsible in the preparation of documents of trainees for Visa application.
- Prepares documents required for Request for Processing of overseas employment certificates (OEC).
- Solely responsible in ensuring that all documents submitted by the trainees are authentic and genuine.
- In-charge in preparation of documents of all departing trainees under his accounts.
- Perform other functions as maybe assigned by the undersigned.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Organize and maintain documents, ensure data accuracy, and assist with project documentation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in document control or administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in data entry, effective time management, and strong written communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, with standard working hours and occasional deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
