Description
- Manage daily financial operations and reporting.
- Oversee financial operations, prepare reports, manage asset portfolios, and conduct market research.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with departments to support strategic financial planning.
- Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in financial supervision or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), financial statements, analytics, and reporting.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with standard hours and occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication skills, and able to work collaboratively.
