Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service, maintaining quality standards, and managing inventory.
Hire, train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff, including chefs, bartenders, servers, and other personnel.
Monitor revenues and expenses, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and industry standards.
Coordinate with event planners and clients to plan and execute catering events, banquets, and special functions.

Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurants Management
Minimum of 5 years of working experience
A proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability through effective operational management
A deep understanding of food and beverage trends, as well as industry best practices
Proficiency in budget management and cost-control strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both customers and colleagues
Strong leadership, people management and training skills
