- Oversee daily operations on construction sites.
- Oversee daily operations, manage workforce, ensure project deadlines are met, and maintain safety standards.
- Manage crew, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate tasks and monitor project progress.
- Communicate with project managers and clients.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Maintain equipment and site organization.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of progressive experience in construction and project supervision.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD, AFES, and strong project management skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily outdoor work at construction sites, potentially exposed to varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
