Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a smile and answer their questions as required
  • Responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel
  • Answer various question from guests
  • Computes bill, collect payment and make changes for guest
  • Complete shift audit is required and cash fund turnover to the next F.O. agent that will be on duty


Requirements

  • College graduate
  • With Front Office background is an advantage
