Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Provide accurate information to inquiries and respond to client requests.
  • Maintain security by following visitor check-in procedures and issuing visitor badges.
  • Organize the front desk environment and ensure office supplies are stocked.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support internal meetings.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence (courier, email, post).
  • Support departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies at all times.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
