The Client

An Australian telco offering contract-free mobile and NBN services with a cultural twist. We’re building a digital-first customer experience that includes an integrated web platform, mobile app, eCommerce store, rewards program, and advanced billing system.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to build and manage this end-to-end infrastructure. If you’re a proactive, versatile coder with both frontend and backend superpowers — this is your playground.

Job Description

Mobile App Development

• Build a cross-platform app (React Native or Flutter)
• Enable plan selection, account access, rewards tracking, and support tools
• Deploy to iOS and Android
  
  

Web Development (WordPress + React/Next.js)

• Manage and expand the WordPress site
• Build fast, scalable UI for onboarding, plans, referrals, and dashboards
• Integrate a mobile-friendly eCommerce store (WooCommerce or custom)
  
  

API & Backend Integration

• Integrate with Octane (billing/payment APIs)
• Set up Stripe or alternate gateways
• Enable pro-rata, first-month billing, and webhook handling
• Implement secure user authentication (Firebase/Auth0)
  
  

Rewards System

• Create a loyalty program for referrals, longevity, upgrades
• Design backend logic and customer-facing display
• Track reward balances, redemptions, and incentives
  
  

Tech Architecture & DevOps

• Choose and maintain stack best suited for growth
• Handle deployments, environments, and version control
• Set up CI/CD workflows and basic monitoring
  
  

You Should Have:

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience
• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
• Mobile: React Native or Flutter
• Backend: Node.js, Express/NestJS
• Database: Firebase, PostgreSQL, or Supabase
• CMS: Advanced WordPress development, WooCommerce
• API Integration: Stripe, REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks
• Strong knowledge of payment flows and data security
  
  

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with telcos, billing, or subscription platforms
• Working knowledge of Octane or similar billing APIs
• Built loyalty programs or referral systems before
• App store deployment experience (iOS + Android)
• Passion for brands that do things differently
  
  

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 7am-4pm PH time
  
  

Work Location:

• Homebased; must have stable internet at home - equipment is provided.
