Description
- Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscapes by planting, pruning, and fertilizing.
- Utilize tools and equipment for gardening tasks efficiently.
- Monitor plant health and manage pest control.
- Design and implement seasonal plantings and floral arrangements.
- Collaborate with clients to meet gardening needs and preferences.
- Ensure proper upkeep of gardening tools and machinery.
Requirements
- Education: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in front management, attention to detail, and use of power and hand tools; adept as a multiskilled technician.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in various weather conditions; physically demanding tasks.
- Qualities: Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
