Responsible in overseeing and managing the success of accounting system project. From overseeing the project, planning and ensuring effective task delegation with coordination and close monitoring among the team members and stakeholders.

• Supervise the system project from planning to completion and executions.
• Manage subordinates and overseeing the transactions on posting, verifying, calculating and encoding of transactions.
• Review balance sheet, general ledger accounts and income statements schedules generated from the system.
• Define, creates and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Coordinates with external audits, ensuring all documentation and reports are accurate and complete.
• Supervise the team to ensure appropriate staffing, efficient workflow, with consistency, timely and accurate processing of work.
• Immediate escalation of business issues with financial impact to the immediate head or to the management.

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in General Accounting or equivalent experience in project management from manual to system is ana advantage.
• Proficient in accounting software (Quickbooks, SAP, Oracle) .
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong ability to create systems for operational efficiency.
• Strong player with ability to interact with all levels of staff in the organization.
