1. Revenue and Net Income achievement. Ensures that budget is well managed while achieving excellent profitability ratios, maintains departmental budgets sustaining growth opportunities.
2. Overall business operations. Ensures that operational outcomes are generally principled with company core policies and procedures. This includes keeping Inventory levels at a high efficiency and healthy level, stock movement strategies and designated merchandising programs in line with the overall merchandise portfolio.
3. Keeps and maintains healthy supplier and vendor relationships. Ensures that margins are within designated profit margins. Develops supplier engagement programs, move-out support strategies, and marketing plans to support sales and inventory movement.
4. Financial Analysis. Recommends plans and strategies for sustaining business growth and business opportunities based on trending financial ratios.

• EDUCATION:

1. Master’s Degree in Management, Business, and relative
2. degree or specialization is an advantage but not required.

• EXPERIENCE:

1. General Manager, Senior Operations Manager or VP for Operations, or Head of Operations in a senior capacity, with a minimum of 6 years of work experience obtained from pharmaceutical retail, supermarket, or chain retail stores.
2. General Manager with 3-5 years of work experience obtained from pharmaceutical retail, supermarket setting, or from retail organization from a relative industry.
