Description
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Ensure alignment with organizational vision, mission, and objectives.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, safety standards, and operational policies.
- Manage budgets, forecast resources, and allocate operational funds effectively.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize returns and minimize costs.
- Lead and mentor managers and staff across multiple departments.
- Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and safety regulations.
- Identify risks in operations and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Manage relationships clients, suppliers, and business partners to maintain strong relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to optimize costs and quality.
- Implement modern technologies to streamline processes (e.g., ERP systems).
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Accepts and performs other duties as assigned by Top Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the heavy equipment, logistics, or supply chain industry.
- Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in developing long-term operational strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, logistics software, and equipment management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
