The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging content across various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content. This role requires a blend of graphic design, video editing, and branding expertise to effectively communicate brand messages and enhance user experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work on diverse multimedia projects ranging from social media graphics to video content creation and web design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Design: Create eye-catching and effective graphics tailored for social media platforms, including posts, banners, and ads, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Web Graphics: Design visual assets for websites, including banners, infographics, and other digital media that enhance the user experience.
- Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality videos, integrating motion graphics, sound, and visual effects as needed.
- Video Content Creation: Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce video content for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and other online platforms.
- Branding Management: Ensure all design materials are consistent with the brand's visual identity, tone, and style.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, web development, and content teams to ensure cohesive visual communication across all channels.
- Creative Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.
- Other Design-Related Tasks: Assist with other design-related tasks, such as presentations, print materials, or ad hoc projects, as needed.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Design Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design and editing software.
- Graphic Design Skills: Strong skills in graphic design, with experience creating both digital and print materials.
- Video Editing & Creation: Solid experience in video editing and content creation, including familiarity with various video formats and platforms.
- Brand Management: Understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain consistency across all visual content.
- Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think creatively and produce unique, visually appealing designs that meet project goals.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy in all design work.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule: Amenable to work Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Web Design Knowledge: Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS for design implementation.
- Social Media Trends: Knowledge of current trends in social media design and digital marketing.
- Motion Graphics: Experience with motion graphics and animation software to create dynamic content.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $650 - $750 per month + $50 Allowance
Note: This role is only available to candidates from the Philippines, Kosovo, and Argentina.
