Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a diploma in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and occasional evening or weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, energetic, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing situations.
