Description

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, payroll, and talent management. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, support employee relations, oversee payroll, and facilitate training and development programs.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with some remote work flexibility.
Qualities and Traits: Proactive, empathetic, strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
