Description
- Greet and check in guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with concierge services, providing local information and recommendations.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure a smooth operation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service, and relationship management skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require working weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail.
