Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the housekeeping department by coordinating daily tasks, assigning room attendants, maintaining records, and communicating with other departments. The coordinator acts as a liaison between housekeeping staff and hotel management to ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality or business-related coursework is an advantage.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field in the hospitality industry, preferably in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and standards in hotel operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php501.00 per day
