  • Administer HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 2-4 years in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; proficiency in HR software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional remote work; some travel may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, empathetic, and resilient with a strong ethical foundation.
