Description
- Administer HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in performance management and evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support workplace wellness and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 2-4 years in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; proficiency in HR software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional remote work; some travel may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, empathetic, and resilient with a strong ethical foundation.
