Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Virtual Assistant (HR VA) to support our clients’ HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads and screening resumes.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Help organize employee training and development programs.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR assistant or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR software and databases 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.


Hiring Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed - various USA time zone
