  • Oversee the recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining HR best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a human resources role, with at least 2 years in a management position.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
