Description

  • Manage recruitment processes, maintain HRIS, address employee concerns, oversee payroll, and facilitate leadership training.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
  • Manage employee relations and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate training and development programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Support organizational goals and culture initiatives.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Recruiting, HRIS systems, strong Written and Verbal Communication, Employee Relations, Payroll management, and Leadership Development.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, with occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
