Description
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and HR leadership to understand manpower needs for ongoing and upcoming construction projects
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms (e.g., JobStreet, Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph, social media)
- Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting of candidates for technical and non-technical positions
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers
- Verify employment references, certifications, licenses, and background checks when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
- Knowledge of hiring skilled tradespeople and licensed professionals (e.g., civil engineers, foremen, electricians, etc.)
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations related to the construction sector
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple job requisitions and meet deadlines
