Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process while providing essential administrative support to the HR department. The ideal candidate will have strong recruiting experience, a solid understanding of HR processes, and the ability to handle administrative duties with attention to detail. This role plays a critical part in attracting top talent and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Support the HR team with employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and HR presentations for management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role (at least 1 year experience)
  • Familiarity with HR administrative processes and office management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php18,000.00 per month
