Description

  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support performance management and employee relations.
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 2-4 years in HR roles, preferably in recruiting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, employee relations, and social recruitment skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, facilitate employee relations, and support HR initiatives.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with potential remote work options.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, empathetic, detail-oriented, and team player.
  • Willing to be assigned in FPIP, Sto Tomas
