Description
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings and candidate screening.
- Support onboarding and training of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or recruiting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting abilities, effective communication, and excellent writing skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
