Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource and Organizational Development (HROD) Officer located in Pasig. The HROD Officer will be responsible for managing HR Organizational Development initiatives. They will develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention, conduct training and development programs, and support the overall HR operations. The role requires regular collaboration with various departments to ensure HR practices align with the company's goals and values.
